The "Davy Crockett" letterbox is located at the location of Davy
Crockett Springs, a nature spring that Davy and his men camped at on
their way to the Alamo, and his death. A stone marker with a
fountain marks the spot. Across the highway is a marker for the El
Camino Real road. Take a look.
Directions:
Located in Crockett. Take Hwy 21/7 from the town square going West
for about mile to the railroad bridge. Park on the right before
the bridge.

rocks.
